Installation of the ceramic bearing

When install the ceramic bearing,must force the same pressure around the ring's circle.In order the enclose the ring, strictly prohibit using hammer or other heavy things directly knock on the ring front for fear damage the bearing.Furthermore,if you force the pressure on the one side of ting(such as outer ring), and through the roller press another side(such as inner ring) of the ring, this'll be made impressure or scratch on the roller. So don't take this method, specially when you install the non-seperate tpye bearing on the axis and bearing housing at one time. Like the draw,use the sizing block equipoised press the inner&outer ring.

The cooperation of the ceramic bearing
1. interference
Fixed the roller bearing's inner and outer ring on the axis or bearing housing.When it stands the load,it would make the ring and axis or bearing housing's fitting surface relative motion which is not radial,axis and sense of rotation.This kind of relative motion would make demage,frication,corrosion or scratch on the fitting surface,then will demage the bearing,axis and bearing housing,furthmore fraied powder interfuses into the inner of bearing,cause bad operation and abnormal heat or shake.

About the way of fix the bearing,the best way is set aside interference on the ring and axis or bearing housing's fitting surface and make static cooperation.This kind of cooperation would make the pressure on the thin wall's ring equipoised on the circle,don't effect bearing's load capibality.But,when you take static cooperation,it'll not convienent for install and remove the bearing,besides when free side bearing take the seperated bearing,can't remove to axis.So it's not suit for all the situation.If you have any question about installment please contact with our company.

2.The choice of cooperation the choice of cooperation generally follow these principles. According to the action on the bearing' s load direction, character and inner, outer ring which one rotate, then load which each ring stand can be divided into rotate load, stillness, and undirectional load.The ring which can stand rotate load and un-directional load should take static cooperate(interference cooperation) stillness load's ring.It can take transit cooperation or dynastic cooperation( clearence cooperation).

When bearing load high or stand viberation,its interference should be increased,and when take air-core axis,thin wall bearing housing or light alloy,plastic bearing housing,the interference shoule be increased too.

When you inquire keep high rotation precision,you should take high precision bearing,and improve axis & bearing housing's dimension precision,invoid intenference over-large.If the intenference is too large,it would make axis or bearing housing's geomerty figure precision affect bearing ring's geometry figure then damage the bearing's rotation precision.

If non-separate bearing(such as deep groove ball bearing) inner and outer ring take static cooperation,then it'll be not convienent for install and remove.You'd better take dynatic cooperation for one side of the inner and outer ring.
