The performance of
stainless steel

In some special place, normal chrome steel can't meet
the requirements. It can be choosen stainless steel
bearings with the same type. Our company usually take
the following materials: SISI SUS304, AISI SUS316L, AISI
SUS440C, AISI SUS440B etc. The Martensite stainless
steel AISI SUS440C is our stainless steel bearings'
standard material. It suits for middle speed and higher
load. For special order, we can also supply The
Austenite stainless stell bearings(304,316or316L).
Because of its hardness, it suits for low speed and low
load.

Anti-Corrosion:
It has the character of anti-rust and anti-corrosion.As
the quanlity of Cr is increased,anti-nitric acid and
other oxidizability acid's corrosion and
high-temperature anti-oxidizability, acidiablity will be
increased.Alonged with Ni be increased,anti chlorid
corrosion character and anti reducibility acid's
character will be increased.When the Cr will be reduced
or add stable element,the steel's anti crystal structure
corrosion will be improved.As increased the Mo,steel's
anti reducibility acid and anti pitting corrosion and
gap corrosion character will be increased.The steel
contains Cu,especially Mo and Cu compound,the steel's
anti-nitric acid character has aparently improved.When
it contains Si 4%,it can anti fuming nitric acid
corrosion.When low down some impurities in the
steel,such as C,Si,P,Ti.It can be used as
nitric,carbamide class stainless steel.
Mechanics and Physical
Character:
It has
intensity-toughness-moldness good cooperation.It has
good toughness in the low temperature environment,it can
be used as low temperature steel.Along with C in the
steel is reduced,steel's strongness will be downed a
little. ( generally low carbon steel is lower than high
carbon for 29.4~~49Mpa). Along with distortion
measurement which in the cold states increased, steel's
intensity and elasticity would be improved. When steel
contains N, steel' s intensity Because of Mn and N' s
consolidation, Cr-Mn Austenite Stainless Steel's
intensity is 3% higher than Cr-Ni Austenite Steel, and
moldness & toughness are still good. This kind of
steel is non-magnetism, so it can be used as
non-magnetic steel. |

Anti-corrosion:
The Martensite Nickel
Chrome Stainless Steel has anti-rust,anti weak-medium
corrosion. Along with Cr is increased and add Mo, its
anti-corrosion is increased. Along with C is increased,
its anti-corrosion is low-down.And when its hardness
increase, its anti-sulfureted hydrogen and corrosion.
The Martensite Nickel Chrome Stainless Steel has
anti-rust, when it contains Cr17%, its anti corrosion
will be same or a little lower than 18-8.
Mechanics and Physicaly
Character:
The
Martensite Nickel Chrome Stainless Steel along with C
increased, steel's intensity & hardness is
increased, it can up to RC60 and above. Steel's
anti-milling,but its toughness is bad.When it contains
Mo&V,steel's intensity would be increased.When it
contains fewer Ni,steel's intensity&toughness has
good cooperation.This kind of steel has brittleness
changeable temperature differences.It has magnetism,low
density and good anti-shake character,its elastic
measurement is a little bit lower than carbon steel.The
Martensite Nickel Chrome Stainless Steel has high
intensity(δs no more than 9800Mpa) and
high hardness(RC no more than 36),has higher
intensity/weight ratio.

Austenite stainless steel bearing's inner&outer
ring, ball, cage, rivet, pillow block, terminal strand,
anti-dirt shield,seal framework. The Martensite
Stainless Steel bearing's cage, rivet, pillow
block,terminal strand,anti-dirt shield and seal
framework.
